Piemonte Wine Flight
Join us Saturday, August 9th, for our Piemonte Wine Journey! Best known for Barolo and Barbaresco, Piemonte has 19 DOCGs, Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita. Along with the popular reds, Piemonte is also known for their Barbera, Dolcetto, and White Gavi.
We'll be pairing the Piemonte Wine Flight with a very special Piemonte Truffle Cheese Pizza. Layered with a Pecorino Romano blanca sauce, mozzarella cheese, and topped with shaved truffle from the region.

Buena Vista Winery Flight

We learn from Woodie Stephenson, the Regional Account Manager at Boisset Collection. Giving us a look into the history of Buena Vista Winery through Champagne Rosé, Chardonnay, and the "Winemaker's Cuvée" Cabernet Sauvignon.
