Culinary Institute experience (Preferred)
Fine Dining Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Must be 21+.
Must have valid, original documents to verify employment eligibility.
Must have a current Texas Food Handlers’ Card/LicenseResponsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. mise en place)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersSkills
Handle high volume shifts efficiently and effectively
Excellent understanding of the menu, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Aptitude for multi - tasking
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.Job Type: Full-time, although part-time options will be considered
Pay: $16.00+ per hour depending on experience
